Grace Senior Living’s Red Hat Society Donates Bagged Lunches for Local Homeless Shelter
DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. (September 23, 2016) – Grace Senior Living’s Red Hat Society recently donated bagged lunches for the Douglasville Homeless Shelter and the Douglasville Men’s Assessment Center.
Each bagged lunch consisted of a cold cut sandwich, a bag of chips, a bottle of water and a homemade cookie made by Grace’s Red Hat Society.
Grace’s Red Hat Society was founded in November, 2014. The Red Hat Society members consist of: Celestine Neeson, Enola Henson, Betty Pawloski, Betty Ridling, Jewell Laney, Eunice Gamblin, Edrina Theus and Juanita Drass.
“We believe in the importance of giving back to our community. Our ladies truly enjoy helping those in need. We love feeding people in our area and always look for ways we can help better the Douglasville community,” Karen Cabral, Grace Senior Living executive director, said.
