Ashley Ford, Grace Senior Living of Douglasville Team Member, Wins Company-Wide Legacy Champion Award

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. (May 1, 2018) – Ashley Ford, a team member at Grace Senior Living of Douglasville, was voted the annual company-wide “Legacy Champion” by its Cleveland, Tenn.-based, management company, Legacy Senior Living. Ford was recognized as the winner out of 500 Legacy team members who were eligible.

Ford was chosen for this award by family members, staff, and volunteers for always going the extra mile in every aspect of her professional career. Ford is known to give co-workers rides to and from work, even on her days off. Ford is also known to come in on her days off and work every shift when needed to ensure residents are well cared for. Ford went the extra mile when a co-worker had an emergency and she went into work, on a requested day off, to lend a hand where needed.
