Grace Senior Living of Douglasville Achieves Perfect Score in Georgia Department of Community Health Inspection for 3rd Straight Year
DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. (July 17, 2019) - Grace Senior Living of Douglasville has received a perfect score from the Georgia Department of Community Health, following an unannounced inspection by the department’s Healthcare Facility Regulation Division.
The detailed inspection marks the third straight year in which Grace Senior Living of Douglasville has received a deficiency-free rating.
“It’s exciting to see the result of hard work and dedication the Grace Senior Living team has put in for the residents and community. This goal has been accomplished year after year because of our amazing team,” said Selina Bradley, executive director of Grace Senior Living.
The survey of the 34-room senior personal care community cited no violations of the state’s Rules and Regulations for Personal Care Homes, representing the highest possible rating.
The state inspection rated several facets of Grace Senior Living’s operations, including competencies of caregiving team members, caliber of security, standard of food service, condition of premises and overall happiness of residents.
