(DOUGLASVILLE, Ga.) — The Harbor at Douglasville, a premier memory care community, has named Tommy Brown Sr. as its new Executive Director.
Brown has decades of diverse career experiences in the U.S. Army as well as in healthcare administration, marketing, sales, and real estate.
“I understand the great need to help provide high quality healthcare services to the residents of Douglasville and all surrounding communities,” said Brown. “I am dedicated to embracing seniors and family values with the expectation of good, effective leadership at The Harbor at Douglasville. I’m excited about taking charge in continuing to make our community a great place to live and work.”
Brown joined the U.S. Army after graduating from high school. Thirty-five years later, he returned to college earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix.
Brown hails from Blue Island, Illinois, but now calls Douglasville home, alongside his wife, Tanya, with whom he just celebrated 25 years of marriage. Brown has three adult children, Marcus, Regina, and Tommy Jr., as well as two grandsons, Knouleche, and Izaiah, as well as a new granddaughter on the way.
